Sean Stephens — Managing Director and Founder

Sean set out to offer his clients more than the standard trade service; he established Plumbcraft around a complete package where specialised services are customised to suit each project.

Approaching each project as unique, Sean combines his extensive knowledge, experience, technical ability, and trade qualifications to lead his team in delivering an innovative solution where quality is a key component.

Carrie Stephens – Finance and Administration Manager

After extensive experience in Financial Accounting, Carrie joined Sean in the business, focusing on business and administration systems. With her involvement the Admin team is able to provide full support to the Operations and Sales Divisions.

An interest in strategic planning, securing growth and long term success of the company sees her heavily involved in these areas.

Funa Latu – Commercial Manager

Funa joined the business in 2007 after 10-plus years civil construction experience in both the public and private sectors.

He works with both short term and long-term objectives. Utilizing his tertiary training with commercial experience enables Funa to manage projects from tendering though to completion, while retaining a passion for the development side of the business.
